11th August 03 Whisky Fringe launched as part of last year's Edinburgh Fringe, and the inaugural event was warmly received by all who attended. CLICK PICTURE TO GO TO 24th Aug 02 Here are Alistair Hart and Christophe Gauthier at The Edinburgh Fringe Whisky Tasting sponserd by 'Royal Mile Whiskies'. The event was held at the city Chambers on the Royal Mile, Edinburgh on the 24th August. Some 400 people attended what was a most successful and enjoyable tasting. A fantastic 29 years old Glen Grant distilled 1972 matured in Sherry Wood. 35 years old Ben Nevis distilled 1967 also matured in Sherry Wood and 30 years old Balmenach distilled 1972 matured in Sherry Wood.
